Window
 I just got the Nikon 1 Nikkor 70-300mm VR f4.5-5.6, which is for the Nikon 1 camera system.  The Nikon 1 camera has a 2.7 crop sensor, so this makes 70-300mm about 189-810mm equivalent.  I took this picture of my neighbor’s window, which is about a half block away at the 300mm mark.
Freesia
Every year I enjoy the sweetness of the freesias planted outside the front door.
Last Night
I always find myself in a quandary about post – how far to go? Sometimes I think of paintings when I do post, and the colors become painterly rather than realistic. Such is the case here – but it doesn’t really bother me because I like the mood so much!
