Reality is Setting In! and A Tree at Sunset
Well, the fact is, I am way too busy and far too short of time to do this proposed 365 project. So, instead of doing a 365, I am just going to go back to looking at things and taking pictures of what I like. I’ve been quite unhappy with my inability to commit to the project . . . I seldom quit anything I start.
So, here is a tree, which is something I enjoyed photographing very much.
15 / 365 Emergency on the Corner
Someone had an accident on a trail. Medivac helicopters, firemen, police, and ambulances made this hike a bit more exciting than usual. Add to this it was sunset, and it was rather surprising to turn the corner to see this.
Pier
Many of the older piers along the Southern California coast have either fallen away, or been converted to places to buy a taco or cast for shore fish. This is a newer, working pier, designed for the pickup and transport of workers from the oil rigs in the Santa Barbara Channel.
