My husband, Josh, has begun building a Factory Five Racing kit car, the 818S, in tandem with his uncle Ed. Ed has built a couple of airplanes from scratch, one of which he flies. The guy knows his stuff. Josh loves cars, and we have been spending a lot of time over the years looking for his next car. His old car is just that – old – and getting older. Finally, the conclusion was there were no “interesting” cars being made, so he had to make his own. The proposal went out to the guys in the clan, and Ed took up the challenge.
