Fading
Roses, this spring, are doing well. Â The first round of blooms has begun to fade, but new buds keep appearing to continue the cycle. Â I don’t remember the name of this rose, but it has a light, delicate fragrance, and rather loose, floppy petals, much like a wild rose.
… a rose embower’d
In its own green leaves,
By warm winds deflower’d,
Till the scent it gives
Makes faint with too much sweet . . .
White Rose

Another film study using the Canonet GIII QL.
Red Rose

Another image taken on film. I believe this one is with my Nikon FM2N. If so, this camera is in bad need of a CLA, as the pressure plate in the camera seems to have left marks on the film. Using noise reduction in LR, I got rid of most of them, along with a ton of spots. Lens is (I think) a 50mm f1.4 AIS.
