Last week, on a windswept and rainy morning, I ventured forth along the Moonrise Trail. Â My trusty Df and 50mm came along, and in the wind and rain, we took 1000 images (ah, how I love digital! Â so good for excess!), working to create panoramas. Â Success and failure always await. Â So, here is one of a tree . . . more to come!
From the perspective of this image, it is not really possible to see what this tree looks like. Â Eucalyptus trees tend to grow straight up . . . somehow, sometime, this one toppled over and continued to grow. Â “E+J” were here, rather than Kilroy. Â BTW, this is a pano of about 8 images.
Panoramas are rather a bit of fun to make – I didn’t expect this curve at all, and really think it is rather cool!
