This image is a stitched and cropped from 38 original pictures. Manual technique used with white balance set at “cloudy.” Exposure was f1.8, 100 iso 1/125 s. The focal line is mid-image, where across the horizontal one can see white and yellowish roses in focus. The purpose is not to create a pretty picture, but to experiment with the Brenizer method. Camera was D7000. Stitched images were Jpeg Fine, all reduced to 1000 pixels along the long edge prior to exporting to CS6 from LR5 using “merge to panorama” and letting CS6 automatically stitch pictures together. Only retouching done was contrast, light and dark balance, and some color adjustment prior to the final crop.
