What is this? What is happening? Can this happen in MY neighborhood? Will housing prices plummet? Will they soar? OMG! What is a person supposed to do?

Wow, fun for the man in the garage! Very important! 🙂
All the neighbors (male) will be jealous.
So there’s more talent in your family. Keep us posted on his progress!
Anne – I will! Josh even started a blog . . .
Kathy – we had a few gawkers, for sure, but it was 8 a.m. when they arrived. Ed was here with a friend of his, Mike, John showed up from across the way, traffic slowed down, and Bev came by in her tippy-toe truck, lusting after things automotive, as well as the cart used to tote the car frame. More soon! And more supervision. Now they are off to get Ed’s squared away at his house as I write.
When it’s built, will it be a street car, race car, or do we have to wait??
Well, Anne, the fact is it will be a racy street car! It will weigh in at less than a ton, and has a supercharged and souped up WRX engine to be installed. Topless, too, with all sorts of stuff. Hopefully it won’t take forever to build, but probably a year or two. As Josh sez, it will keep him from burning down the house. His uncle, Ed, is building the same car and they will help each other out a lot. Ed’s about 30 miles away from us so good for them both.
A busy husband is good for the wife too!
Model making on a grand scale.
Ed previously built an entire airplane in his garage, which he now flies around in, so I have complete confidence that these guys will build street-worthy and totally cool cars. And have loads of fun doing it.
Fraggy – you nailed it. And it is areal “working” model, too! Eventually.
Kathy – I agree completely. Ed’s experience is vast – I think he has built 2 planes, actually. This will help keep them both going!
Exciting! Now I want them to bring me a cool car!
Merilee! So nice that you came by. As far as the car goes, we are here in TO and when built, you might see us flying by – in about 2 years!
I’d love to see it!
I’ll be reporting on the progress, Merilee, as well as linking to my husband’s blog.
