Pink Flower Tree

Pink Flower Tree

I think I finally figured out how to do a “decent” instax . . . no flash, darken picture, and hold very, very still. Finally, something a bit sharper than I have been producing.

Scanned on CanoScan Lide 600 with Vuescan.

  1. The whole tree is amazing – pink flowers all over when in bloom, and green spikes along the branches and trunks. I always forget what it is called. As far as the Instax, it is a fun little camera. The one I have is the Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic. It has some nice features. The images are very small – look up the film to see the size. I would suggest you go for the “wide” version – larger images. Yes, it is like a polaroid, but seems more automatic than the ones I have used in the past. Also, if you haven’t heard of it, there is a company that is re-making the polaroid film, called the Impossible Film Project, or something like that. Check them out if you haven’t. -N
